HEADSHOTS, ICONS, BUSTS

• Headshot/ Icon w simple background (i.e. a solid color w pattern) - $25-$30

• Chibi headshot/ Icon w simple background (i.e. a solid color w pattern) - $20-$25

• Icon w complex background - $30-$45

• Bust (shoulders up w paws showing) w simple background - $35-$45backgrounds can also be pride flags at no extra charge!

FULLBODIES AND HALF BODIES

• anthro fullbody - $35 - $50 (price rises if clothing is requested as it takes me more time, full outfit costs the most)

• chibi anthro fullbody - $25

• anthro half body - $28

• feral fullbody - $22

• chibi feral fullbody - $18

simple backgrounds only, i dont feel comfortable doing full scene commissions yet

REF SHEETS AND CUSTOM DESIGNSCharacter reference sheet - $80- $200 (price varies on complexity, price may go above $200)- large ref - starts at $200 (front fullbody view, headshot, maw and paw shots, chibi)
- medium ref - starts at $150 (frontal fullbody, headshot and chibi)
- small - starts at $100 (front view and chibi)
- tiny - starts at $80 (symmetrical front view)ref sheet options can be more customizable, just ask! price is subject to change however

EXTRA

• you may ask for shading, however i mostly do shading if i feel like it since my shading is never complex!

• extra character is half total price! (but be warned, im not too experienced w drawing multiple characters)

• feel free to ask for more examples, and to ask about any other commission types! ✨

TOS / commission me / home

ART COMMISSION T.O.S.

• i take payments thru Paypal, Venmo (preferred), and Ko-fi. Payment is upfront. i will not make any sketches until i am paid.

• sketches / concept art are always approved by the commissioner before i continue with a commission and after payment. please be ready to respond to my sketch(es) in a timely manner when provided! i will be patient and considerate of your time, but please also be considerate of mine!
see ghosting/no contact section below in the event of no communication.

• please be at least 16 to commission me!!

• please allow UP TO 4-6 months turnaround time, feel free to ask about the commission anytime. Average turnaround time is 1-2 months.
FOR BEST RESULTS, let me work at my own pace. pressuring me to get your commission done sooner than i like will probably result in a lower quality product. however, poking me about it usually doesnt affect the quality, and helps remind me to get your art done faster.

• Ghosting/no communication after your commission has been paid will result in:1) The withholding of payment until contact has been reestablished OR until a significant amount of time has passed (1+ months) with no communication. In the latter case, a refund will be issued via the original account/email of the appropriate payment method. I hold no responsibility to the payment/money or commission after that. If I have no way to reasonably refund payment to the proper person (i.e. PayPal account was deleted) and efforts were made to do so, I will withhold payment either until the appropriate person is found or permanently.2) I will make no efforts to begin or continue the commission until, again, contact has been reestablished and commissioner wishes to continue the process of commissioning. If client does not wish to continue I will be happy to issue a refund.This is to protect myself and my clients.- FOR CLARIFICATION: ghosting/ no contact means that repeated efforts have been made to reach out to commissioner to no response and/or no other reasonable way of contact.

• REFUND POLICY: i absolutely prefer to avoid refunds, however i do not have any fundamental issues w them. please just allow me the time to get a commission done as i work slowly. poking about a commission is completely ok though! just dont be excessive :)
i will issue a refund if needed and buyer so desires, however im also open to working out a plan to get your commission done in a timely manner.

Full refunds will be given if i have not started on a commission at all.
Partial refunds will be given if i have already started on a commission. i will subtract how much of what ive already started is worth, and refund the rest.

PLEASE DO NOT EVER ISSUE A CHARGEBACK. IF YOU DO SO, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED AND POSSIBLY MADE A BEWARE OF.

• please dont edit a commission w/o my permission! if you want to, just ask!

• i seldom work w deadlines, so please let me know if you have a date you would like your comm to be completed by!

• artistic liberty will be taken if you do not give me specifics (i.e. smiling, facing left, paw up, etc.)
you may (and its encouraged!) to send reference(s) of a pose/ outfit/ etc. you would like your character in

• if you do not want your commission displayed as an example, please specify so!

• YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MINT/ SELL MY ART OR COMMISSIONS FOR NFT. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN A BEWARE + BLACKLISTING, MY RIGHT(S) TO ANY PROFIT OR RESALE VALUE, AND POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION.

• i can refuse service to anyone for any reason

DESIGN/ CUSTOMS / ETC. T.O.S.

the above T.O.S. still applies to this one as well, i just separated the two for easy understanding- DO NOT sell an oc or design you got from me for more than they’re worth. if you got them in a trade or as a gift, do not sell them for money if the only piece you have of them is from me!! doing so will result in a block and blacklisting!! that being said, if you draw them art or commission art of them PLEASE add this to their value!!you are free to sell for the total monetary amount of their art, just do not sell them if i GAVE them to you and the art of their design is their only art piece.

- ocs/ designs by me that were not a part of a gift or trade, are free to be sold preferably at the minimum of what they were bought for.- customs, ocs, and designs that i sold/ gave are free to be edited however the owner wants- you are free to trade/ gift designs you have that were made by me- NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON NEITHER ADOPTABLES OR CUSTOMS UNLESS BUYER’S FINANCIAL SITUATION REQUIRES IT.- minor changes to adoptables and changes to customs can be made at no or minimal extra cost. large changes of customs may cost a fee depending on severity. complete redos for customs will most likely result in a fee.- please credit me on toyhou.se @ wurm or on twt / insta as @ garfworm!

PERSONAL USE: my art is ok to use for personal purposes (i.e. icons, banners, etc.) if it is a commission! just please credit me and please dont use commissions ive made if they are not meant for you!

FOR COMMERCIAL USE: in the event a commissioner wants to use a commission from me for commercial purposes (i.e. selling stickers, merch, etc.), i am entitled to royalties of a certain percentage of which must be discussed BEFORE commercialized use has begun.
